These Additional Developments will Further Enhance Bastrop

One major additional development of interest in Bastrop, TX, is the expansion of the Bastrop County Emergency Food Pantry, a 9,200-square-foot facility to be located at 1201 Pine Street. The existing pantry will be converted into a nutrition and education center. In addition, a four-story Courtyard by Marriott hotel is slated for completion in late 2026, located at 1631 Texas 71.

This August, construction commenced on The Learning Experience (199 SH 304, Bastrop), a daycare and preschool offering programs for infants through kindergartners. It’s expected to be complete in 2027. In the Sendero center, Westlake Dermatology will offer a variety of cosmetic and dermatology services.
