BISD students launch careers with Acutronic

The first three Bastrop ISD students hired by aerospace, defense and transportation technology company Acutronic through an apprenticeship partnership will be recognized at a celebration May 2.
What they offer
Part of the district’s Pathways in Technology Early College High School, or P-Tech program, the partnership provides students the opportunity to gain real-world experience, where they can learn alongside a dedicated Acutronic Journeyman Technician, earn certifications and accumulate 2,000 on-the-job training hours.
