LS Electric Celebrates Grand Opening of Bastrop Campus

BASTROP, TEXAS, April 14, 2025 – LS Electric proudly celebrated the grand opening of its new Bastrop Campus at 409 Technology Drive, marking a major milestone in the company’s ongoing expansion in North America. The event welcomed esteemed guests and industry leaders to commemorate LS Electric’s continued innovation in power devices, systems, and automation solutions.

The 58,925-square-foot facility will serve as a technical center to support LS Electric’s growing U.S. operations, including a recent $150 million contract with Samsung.

Phase one included renovations, expansion, and the hiring of 50 new employees. Future phases will further grow manufacturing, warehouse, and office space to meet increasing demand.

LS Electric’s presence in Bastrop aligns with a broader regional growth trend, with 150–200 suppliers expected to locate nearby in support of Samsung and other manufacturers, reinforcing the area’s role in the semiconductor and EV industries.
