Sunny Hill Juice & Provisions is a locally owned café dedicated to serving fresh, health focused drinks and foods that support everyday well being. Rooted in a “wellness first” philosophy, the café offers an array of cold pressed organic juices, specialty smoothies, espresso drinks, and nourishing light bites crafted from organic ingredients. Guests can enjoy flavorful options ranging from green detox blends and beet based vitality juices to citrus forward immunity boosters, alongside smoothies, matcha lattes, and coffee creations. Complementing the beverage offerings are wholesome food favorites such as avocado toast, bagels, and house made provisions, providing a balanced grab and go experience for visitors seeking energizing, clean ingredients.

Owner Dominique Barnett opened Sunny Hill Juice & Provisions in a former gas station located at the Hill RV Park, a property owned by her family. According to Barnett, the shop was a longtime dream that unfolded serendipitously. When her family purchased the land, they encouraged her to make the space her own whenever the time felt right—a vision she thought would be years away. Instead, the opportunity came sooner than expected, allowing her to bring a wellness centered café to the Bastrop community. Since early September, Barnett has served cold pressed juices, hydrogen water, drip coffee, and locally sourced provisions to an enthusiastic customer base. Hydrogen water—regular water infused with molecular hydrogen gas—has become one of the unique offerings that set Sunny Hill apart.

Barnett continues to expand the café’s locally driven approach by working to source some of her produce from Eden East. She is also developing a fall menu that will further reflect the café’s commitment to organic, nourishing ingredients. With its emphasis on thoughtful recipes, refreshing drinks, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Sunny Hill Juice & Provisions has quickly become a favorite stop for locals and visitors looking for wholesome, health centered options in Bastrop.
