Espadas de Brazil to bring Brazilian steakhouse to Bastrop's former Stem & Stone

Drawing on experience from his Austin food truck, owner Robinson Figueiredo plans to bring a Brazilian steakhouse to the former Stem & Stone space in Bastrop.
On the menu
Although a menu for the steakhouse had not been confirmed by press time, Espadas de Brazil’s food truck menu includes barbecue-style Brazilian plates, sandwiches, sides and drinks, such as:
- Baby back ribs, served churrasco style
- Gaucho plates with picanha and fraldinha, which are Brazilian steak cuts
- Grilled chipotle chicken
- Guarana, a Brazilian soda
- Housemade Brazilian lemonade
- Mandioca frita, or fried yuca
- Picanha sandwiches, a popular menu item similar to a cheesesteak
- Spicy garlic picanha, sirloin seasoned with sajun
