Exciting Residential, Mixed-Use Developments Underway in Bastrop, TX

It’s a time of growth in Bastrop, TX, with several residential and mixed-use developments highlighting the current projects that are planned and underway. Sendero will be a 75-acre mixed-use development, while the first phase of the Alta Trails apartment complex has been completed. Ironwood Subdivision housing development is planned for 290 acres and Burleson Crossing East will be a beacon for retail/restaurant space.

Dynamic residential and mixed-use development

Bastrop will be enhanced by Sendero’s mixed-use space, set for hospitality, residential and retail/restaurant accommodation. Alta Trails is on track to add dynamic multifamily housing options to the area and the Ironwood Subdivision project includes 50 acres of public parkland. Burleson Crossing East is a 20-acre development.
