If you’re looking for the best whiskey sour in the Lone Star State, a distillery in an unassuming town roughly 30 miles east of Austin, Texas, awaits you.
When I first walked into Copper Shot Distillery in Bastrop, Texas, I knew I was looking for a whiskey sour of sorts. Being one who gets frazzled when browsing drink menus at distilleries (and breweries, if we’re being honest), I waltzed up to the counter upon entering and asked for just that.
