The ROAN Report is a retail diagnostic report which measures the balance between retail supply and retail demand in your designated geographic trade area. The analysis determines existing consumer demand, (expendable income) then subtracts existing market supply (gross sales) by retail category. The difference is unmet retail opportunity, reported by category of retail sales potential.
